Everything you need to know about PUBG Mobile Team Deathmatch Mode
In one of our earlier post we discussed about everything that will be coming in the 0.13.0 update of PUBG Mobile. From the new Bizon SMG gun to the stunning Terror Fang Skin of your favorite Kar98k. Apart from that many new features will be coming in the 0.13.0 update. To know every bit of detail about the PUBG Mobile 0.13.0 update you can view THIS POST.
One interesting thing is the inclusion of an all new mode known as “Team Deathmatch Mode” in PUBG Mobile 0.13.0 update. Although, TDM or Team Deathmatch Mode will be releasing with the 0.13.0 update but, you can still download the Beta version of PUBG Mobile 0.13.0 and have a taste of the Team Deathmatch Mode before the global release.
Basics of PUBG Mobile Team Deathmatch Mode
TDM or Team Deathmatch Mode is not new if you have played titles like Call of Duty before. The Team Deathmatch mode is quite fun to play and is challenging as well. PUBG Mobile is also introducing the Team Deathmatch Mode for some extra fun. Unlike other modes where you compete with multiple teams, eliminate them and get the chicken dinner, this mode is totally different. In the TDM Mode the battle will be between two teams competing with each others. Both the teams will be competing for points and the first team to earn 40 points will win the match. Points can be earned by killing the opponent teammates. We are still not sure as how many points the team will get per kill.
Features of PUBG Mobile Team Deathmatch Mode
Automatic Health Regeneration
Automatic Health Regeneration is something that you might have seen in the Zombie Mode Darkest Nights. In automatic health regeneration, as the name suggests, makes the health of the player regenerate over time until it is back to full. This will be quite an interesting feature in the Team Deathmatch Mode and will force players to create their own winning strategies.
Everyone want to be immortal and no one wants to die, this phrase will be made possible in the PUBG Mobile Team Deathmatch Mode. Though, you would not be completely immortal, but will re-spawn after the enemy takes you down. Quite similar to the war mode, right? no it is not. In war mode when a player dies, he or she has the choice to land wherever they want on the map. But, in the Team Deathmatch Mode there will be a spawn point per player. After getting killed, you will re-spawn at your own spawn point. Now you will ask yourself what about spawn point campers? the answer is you will be invincible for a couple of seconds after the re-spawn. This will discourage campers as after the spawn you can kill them but they would not be able to harm you for that first couple of seconds.
New Map for Team Deathmatch
A totally new map has been designed for the PUBG Mobile Team Deathmatch mode. The new map will be called “Warehouse”. After the PUBG Mobile 0.13.0 update it will be the one and only map available for the TDM mode. Though PUBG Mobile will be releasing new maps for the same mode with future updates.
Team Deathmatch Inventory
Similar to the the war mode where you spawn with a gun, TDM will be no different. The only difference would be that you will have the option to pick up whatever gun, scope and attachments you want from within the Team Spawn area as shown in the screenshot above. If you are playing with an M416 and died, then in the next spawn you can again swap your M416 with an AKM. Also, in the Team Deathmatch Mode there will be no airdrops. Instead of airdrops, the M249 LMG will be situated somewhere at the center of the map. Who ever team will get that beast will have an edge over the other.
Achievements and Statistics
Unlike any other mode, except for the classic mode, where you can see how you performed through the statistics such as your K/D Ratio, number of kills etc. Similarly, in the PUBG Mobile Team Deathmatch mode, players will be able to see their as well as their friend’s statistics for the TDM. Also, various new Team Deathmatch specific achievements have been added which can be unlocked by performing certain tasks.
Though PUBG Mobile is yet to release the 0.13.0 update globally but you can still enjoy the Team Deathmatch Mode by installing the Beta version of the game. By looking at the features, Team Deathmatch sure sounds fun and will provide a whole new level of entertainment to the players.
