How to Download and Install PUBG Mobile Beta
Downloading and Installing the PUBG Mobile Beta is quite simple if done the right way with proper precautions. You need to follow the steps stated below so as to enjoy the upcoming version of PUBG Mobile.
Step 1 – Download and Install App Backup & Restore from the Play Store or by clicking HERE. This is to backup current stable version of the PUBG Mobile apk file just in case you want to revert.
Step 2 – Now you will need to save the data files of PUBG Mobile by going into your file manager. Open File Manager, go to (Internal Storage > Android > data > com.tencent.ig). Copy the com.tencent.ig folder and paste it to any new folder either in your Internal Storage or SD Card.
Step 3 – Similarly, now you need to backup the obb files of PUBG Mobile. To do the same you need to Open File Manger go to (Internal Storage Android > obb > com.tencent.ig) and copy the com.tencent.ig folder to the same new folder where you have pasted the data files.
NOTE: To avoid any confusion you can create two new folders within the new folder with the names “Data” and “Obb” and paste the files in the folders they belong to. Now you have everything backed up and are ready to install the PUBG Mobile Beta Version on your device.
Step 4 – There are two sources from where you can safely download PUBG Mobile Beta for the 0.15.0 Version and Install it on your smartphone. One is APKLinker and other is Uptodown. Step 5 – After downloading, install the apk and let it download the required files on your device. It would take some time depending upon your data speed.
Step 6 – Now, you can either login with your primary account or you can even create a new account and play the PUBG Mobile Beta, the later is recommended.

Now, you have played and enjoyed the PUBG Mobile Beta and got an idea what will be coming in the game and now you want to go back to the stable version of PUBG Mobile. No problem! Just follow the steps give below.
Step 7 – Uninstall the Beta version of PUBG Mobile and delete the “data” and “obb” files by going to (Internal Storage > Android > Data > com.tencent.ig) and delete it. Also, go to (Internal Storage > Android > obb > com.tencent.ig) and delete the same.
Step 8 – Now go to the app backup and restore folder and install the PUBG Mobile apk file that we have backed up in the Step 1. Do not open the game yet.
Step 9 – Go to file manager and open the new folder that we have created in the Step 2 and Step 3. Copy and paste the files in the (Internal Storage > Android > data and Android > obb) folders respectively.
Step 10 – Launch PUBG Mobile and wait for the initialization to get completed. After the game will load up, login with your account and play.
